Any stain or filler will produce different shades of color on different kinds of wood. Even on the same kind of wood the tone of color will vary due to differences in grain, texture, figure and natural color. Use this chart as a guide and request a wood finish block of the finish which most closely matches the color you want. Make your selection based on the wood finish block. If a special finish is required, send a sample to be matched and blocks will be prepared for approval. There is an additional charge of 10% for this service.
